I’m off for about a week and half whilst I partake in many holiday treats, not the least of which will be my mother’s apple pie and my father’s homemade strawberry ice cream. I won’t get to see my brothers and extended family as much as I might like, but that’s what happens when you’re scattered about the globe and in various phases of family life.
