T-Bone has slain the white whale. She has somehow (I think she has evil South American voodoo running through her veins) gotten us summerlicious reservations at Canoe. And not just Canoe…but Bymark as well. OK, this’ll be our third time at Bymark, but still…she was on fire, no doubt about it. I swear I tried a hundred times yesterday and today. No fire for me.

But this was all just over the phone. There was no power to be had, just…dialing expertise. I guess because I hate the phone I don’t have the prowess she does.

5 restaurants is a lot. We did that our last few times out and I’d like to do it again, but my schedule’s just not allowing it this year. We’ve done the Strip House twice; the food isn’t the best, but the selection and the portion sizes can’t be beat.
I assume T-Bone’s done all of the others. I have not, though Nellie’s done Centro.
By the way, here’s what I said about The Strip House when we went in February.
