This doesn’t surprise me: CTV: Ottawa boy alleges angry cabbie hit him. The summer I spent in Ottawa, I lived in fear for my life when in or near a blue line cab. I think it was company policy to hire maniac drivers.

I like the idea from the article that says: “University of Ottawa professor Barry Wellar wants all motorists to undergo full psychological testing before they get a licence.”
Now THAT would cut down on traffic congestion.
