Geez, the Raptors won a game. Against the Nets no less. Charlie V leading the game in scoring and Alvin Willianms getting on the floor are both good signs.

Been under the weather for a few days. Speaking of weather, it’s been pretty grey and cloudy, so if there’s a time to be stuck inside, this is probably it.

Last week my brother linked to the Hillman top 100 Wonders of the world. It was more than a little depressing to think that I’ve only seen a couple.

  1. Are you seting any life goals to see additional Wonders?

Going through the list, I’m feeling a personal challenge coming on. I’m thinking of trying to get to at least 25-30 of them. (I have 13 right now.) And I should probably try to get my kids to 10 of them as a family to give them a sense of the diversity and wonderment of this big fabulous orb.

Let’s see if this actually happens.

  2. I’m going to try. I had a plan to categorize them all, but the stupid site doesn’t have a text version. Google time.

I think that, at the very least, we should see more of the North American attractions. We just didn’t have time to see the Met when we were in NY, and San Francisco’s high on my list. Niagara Falls should be doable since I live a couple of hours away by car, but I have no special desire to go to that town.

But yes, this list does give me a good target to start with.
