At first the travel plan for this year was the Rockies in the summer. Then we thought about doing northern Italy and Switzerland with a short stint in Paris. But tonight at dinner we reconsidered…and settled on two weeks in and around Paris, Normandy and Champagne. Not sure what we’ll do there, but I’m sure we’ll think of something.

I’d forgotten you guys were considering the European trip until the missus reminded me the other day. That’s very cool. We’ll definitely take some time to meet up (if you want, and if it can be on a weekend, since we’ve already scheduled all our holiday for the year).

I am sure I can see if I can arrange for a tour of a certain fry plant while you are there. I am sure that is something that is right up you alley!
