Well, that’s interesting. Last night I thought my Zip> membership was cancelled; today I got an apologetic voicemail (and email) from a customer service manager at Zip, telling me my account would remain active if I would still like to use it. Obviously I said yes; I haven’t even had an interruption in service yet (since they kept sending me new DVDs even after supposedly cancelling me), so it’s only been a minor annoyance to date, and I love the convenience of it.
It seems that it was the Better Business Bureau complaint that got their attention. So thanks to the BBB of Eastern Ontario and the Outaouais…kickass!!
Sometimes the consumer can win! Glad to hear it.
